Shiro Kotobuki é o terceiro designer a aparecer neste blog. Realmente, parece que os japoneses têm algum talento natural para desenhar.

Kotobuki sofreu um acidente de moto há cerca de 20 anos, o que o deixou tetraplégico. Pelo que entendi, Kotobuki disse para o fisioterapeuta que queria desenhar, mas ele não deixava. De tanto insistir, eles até discutiram. Até que Kotobuki disse "eu vou desenhar figuras de mulheres". No dia seguinte, o fisioterapeuta trouxe uma revista Playboy: "é para você pesquisar". Kotobuki suffered a bike accident about 20 years ago, which made him tetraplegic. I understood that Kotobuki said to his physiotherapist that he wanted to draw, mas he would not let him. By being so annoying, they even argued. Finally, Kotobuki said that he would draw pictures of women. Então ele aperfeiçoou a técnica e hoje produz ótimas ilustrações usando apenas a boca, segurando uma stylus adaptada e uma tablet Wacom intuos. Depois, ele faz retoques usando o Photoshop. Entre seus trabalhos mais conhecidos, está o design de personagens do jogo Rumble Roses, da Konami, no qual mulheres disputam luta-livre.
So, he improved his technique and today produces great illustrations using only his mouth, holding an adapted stylus and one tablet Wacom intuos. Then, he adjusts some fine details on Photoshop. Among his most reknowned jobs, there is the character design for Rumble Roses game, from Konami, in which women battle in wrestling.
